Pulseaudio windows 10

I tried following the guide on using the PulseAudio build from the following link but when I try running I am struggling to set up PulseAudio on Windows 10. It is working well, but now I need audio along with VNC. I have a working setup of Apache Guacamole with connections to Windows 10 clients via VNC.
